First results of the RADICALS-HD trial presented by Dr. Chris Parker demonstrated that in patients having post-operative radiotherapy after Radical Prostatectomy (RP), 24 months ADT improved both time to salvage ADT and metastasis free survival (MFS) versus 6 months of ADT. In contrast, 6mo ADT vs no ADT improved time to salvage ADT but did not improve MFS.
