Can we omit anthracyclins from the neoadjuvant chemotherapy in TNBCs? Anthracyclins carry some annoying early side effects like alopecia and some serious side effects such as cardiomyopathy and second malignancies. Many patients who are not tolerating such effects are eager to avoid anthracyclins.
